“Prince Diran Odeyemi has, over the years, demonstrated uncommon commitment, resilience, and courage in advancing the ideals of our great party. His emergence as National Treasurer is not only a reward for loyalty and hard work, but also a call to greater service,” Hon. Adewusi stated.

The Oyo Central PDP Chairman also praised Prof. Adenike Ogunshe for her intellectual depth, leadership acumen, and dedication to women’s inclusion and empowerment within the party. He expressed confidence that her emergence as National Women Leader would further strengthen the role of women in the PDP and inspire greater participation across all levels.
“Prof. Ogunshe’s emergence is a significant milestone, particularly in advancing the voice and representation of women in our party. Her experience and vision will undoubtedly galvanize women across the country and contribute meaningfully to the unity and progress of the PDP,” he added.

Hon. Adewusi further urged both national executives to see their new positions as a call to selfless service, emphasizing the need for integrity, transparency, and accountability in the discharge of their duties. He expressed optimism that their leadership would contribute to repositioning the PDP as a formidable political force capable of meeting the aspirations of Nigerians.
He also called on party members across the country to rally behind the newly elected leaders, stressing the importance of unity, discipline, and collective commitment to the party’s ideals.
