Ido LG Chairman Honoured with Award of Excellence by Muslim Cooperative Society

The OTITO INU Muslim Cooperative Credit Society (MCCS) has honoured the Executive Chairman of Ido Local Government, Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo, with an “Award of Excellency” in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the propagation, development, and progress of Islam.

The award was presented during the society’s 1st Annual Ramadan Lecture and Award Presentation, held recently at the Oja Oba Central Mosque. Members of the group commended the chairman for his dedication to the growth of Islam and his commitment to community welfare.

In his response, Hon. Adeojo expressed gratitude for the recognition and pledged to continue promoting Islam. He noted that he remains inspired by the exemplary legacy of his late father, Chief Dr. Yekini Ayoade Adeojo, the former Seriki Musulumi of Yorubaland.

He also reaffirmed his commitment to supporting Islamic initiatives in any capacity possible.

“May Allah help me,” the chairman prayed.
