Oyo Agency for Youth celebrates Nigeria at 66, reaffirms commitment to Youth Development

The Oyo State Agency for Youth Development joins Nigerians at home and abroad in celebrating the 66th anniversary of Nigeria’s independence, reaffirming its commitment to empowering young people as catalysts for innovation, unity and sustainable national development.

In a goodwill message to mark the historic occasion, the Chairman of the Agency, Hon. Adebowale Adebayo Falana, congratulated Nigerians on the anniversary, noting that the strength and future of the nation depend significantly on the creativity, resilience and active participation of its young population.

Falana reaffirmed the Agency’s commitment to creating opportunities that equip young people with relevant skills, foster entrepreneurship and innovation, promote unity and prepare them to contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of Oyo State and Nigeria.

As Nigeria celebrates 66 years of nationhood, the Agency called on young Nigerians to remain patriotic, resilient and committed to building a peaceful, inclusive and prosperous nation.
