Adeojo congratulates Olugbenga on appointment as Makinde’s Aide on culture, tourism

The Chairman of Ido Local Government, Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo, has congratulated Elder Olawale Olugbenga, JP, on his appointment as Special Assistant to the Oyo State Governor on Culture and Tourism.

The appointment was contained in a letter signed by the Chief of Staff to the governor, Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi.

In a congratulatory message, Adeojo described the appointment as well deserved, saying Olugbenga’s commitment and contributions to the development of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had been recognised by Governor Seyi Makinde.

He said the appointment reflected the governor’s confidence in Olugbenga’s experience, dedication and capacity to contribute to the administration’s efforts to promote culture and tourism in the state.

Adeojo said: “I am confident that Elder Olawale Olugbenga will bring his wealth of experience, dedication and commitment to bear in his new role and contribute meaningfully to the development and promotion of Oyo State’s rich cultural heritage and tourism potential.”

He wished the new appointee a successful tenure in office and urged him to justify the confidence reposed in him by the governor.
