Oyo central NDC Senatorial candidate Salawu celebrates Peter Obi at Birthday

The 2027 senatorial candidate for Oyo Central District on the platform of the National Democratic Coalition (NDC), Akeem Salawu, has felicitated with the Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a congratulatory message issued on Sunday, Salawu described Obi as a leader whose commitment to integrity, accountability, prudent leadership and people-centred governance has inspired millions of Nigerians.

He said Obi’s courage in challenging the status quo, his consistency in advocating good governance and his dedication to building a better Nigeria have continued to give hope to many citizens across different generations.

Salawu prayed that God would grant the former Anambra State governor strength, wisdom, good health and divine protection as he continues to serve the nation.

He also wished Obi greater accomplishments, lasting peace and the fulfilment of his vision of a prosperous, united and just Nigeria.
