Why ATU is perfect Ibadan South West LG chairmanship – Southwest Youth Vanguard
Group cites loyalty, track record, grassroots appeal as qualities
The Southwest Youth Vanguard has thrown its weight behind Hon. Adeniyi Tajudeen Adigun (ATU) for the chairmanship of Ibadan South West Local Government, declaring him “perfect for the job”.
In a statement issued in Ibadan, the youth group described ATU as “a committed and loyal party man” and “a distinguished administrator who has proven his capability and capacity as the Political Head of Ibadan West LCDA.
“As we prepare for the next dispensation, ATU deserves the baton to re-energise and reinvigorate the local government to a level of envy in our dear state,” the Vanguard stated.
The group hailed Adigun as “a grassroots mobilizer, a competent coordinator, and a team player” with the vision and temperament to lead Ibadan South West Local Government.
“He is the bridge between the elders and the youth. With ATU, no one will be left behind,” the statement added.
Southwest Youth Vanguard further described Adigun as *humble and hardworking*, noting his accessibility and work ethic as key assets for grassroots governance.
The youth vanguard described Adigun “as a compassionate leader of the masses” whose tenure at Ibadan West LCDA reflected people-centered policies and administrative competence.
“ATU is a committed party man who has stood with the PDP through thick and thin. His loyalty is not in doubt,” the group said.
The Vanguard called on party leaders, delegates, and stakeholders to support Adeniyi Tajudeen Adigun for Ibadan South West Chairman.
